Interior Doors
We will make our utmost effort to deliver the products at the agreed date. However, Faham Doors is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
The installation site must be clear of any obstacles on installation date to ensure smooth operations. Faham Doors reserves the right of the workflow and order of its installation process.
The customer must receive the goods for installation within a maximum period of 45 working days from the date of receiving the final payment, and if the goods are not received from the customer, a monthly surcharge of 3% of the contract value would apply. Faham Doors reserves the right of rescheduling.
If the installation date is postponed after confirmation upon the client’s request, Faham Doors reserves the right to reschedule according to its availability.

Exterior Doors
The customer must receive the doors for installation within 75 days of receiving the final payment. If the doors are not received from the customer by then, a monthly surcharge of 3% of the contract value will apply. Faham Doors reserves the right to reschedule the installation.

Closets
The client is required to collect the products within 60 days from the date of receiving the final payment. In the event of non-compliance, a storage fee of 3% of the contract value will be applied, and a new appointment will be scheduled based on availability at Faham Doors, with a maximum period of 60 days.
The supply and installation period is 60 days from the date of receiving the final payment and site readiness. A confirmation message for the installation appointment will be sent three days in advance, and the installation days will be scheduled based on the project’s size and design.
